Refund policy

At Flavourlink, we are committed to your satisfaction and operate in full compliance with consumer protection regulations in Kuwait. This policy outlines your rights and the conditions for returns and refunds.


1. Your Legal Right to Return

In accordance with the regulations of the Kuwait Ministry of Commerce & Industry, you have the right to exchange or return purchased items within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the original invoice is presented.


2. Conditions for Eligible Returns

To qualify for an exchange or refund, the item must meet all the following conditions:


  • The product is in its original, resalable condition.

  • It is in its original, intact packaging (seals unbroken).

  • You present the original purchase invoice or proof of purchase.


3. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Please note that certain product categories are exempt from the standard return right. Returns and refunds will not be accepted for:


  • Perishable consumer goods. This explicitly includes coffee beans.

  • Products where the nature, characteristics, packaging, or wrapping have been altered.

  • Damaged bags or opened bean bags, as the product is no longer in its original, sealed condition.


4. Refunds for Defective Products

If you receive a product with a verifiable manufacturing defect or that does not meet its advertised specifications, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund, even if it is a perishable good. Please contact our customer service immediately upon discovery.


5. Our Refund Process


Approved refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment (e.g., back to your credit card or via KNET).


We will process the refund within 5-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
